The soup containing the lowest number of calories is the hearty vegetable, with 70 calories per serving. The BBQ chicken snack wrap includes chicken, lettuce, tomato and barbecue sauce wrapped in a whole-wheat tortilla, and has only 180 calories. Chili clocks in at 300 calories per serving.
