Yoga home programs offer an easy and convenient way for you to learn yoga, deepen your practice and connect with a yoga community, whether or not you have access to a local studio. With features such as continually updated content, access to other yoga students and instructors, pose guides and healthy living resources, yoga home subscription programs offer many benefits over buying yoga DVDs. They are an option if you travel often or don't have a yoga studio in your area.
