Domino's Pizza is packed with high amounts of calories, fat and carbohydrates. But this is the case with nearly all pizza. Certain selections can be made to limit calories, while others can be made to put a stronger emphasis on protein intake.

Breadsticks

Without sauce, a single breadstick comes out to 110 calories and 11 g of carbohydrates. An entire order of eight breadsticks nearly breaks the 1,000-calorie mark.

Thin-Crust Pepperoni Pizza

A 14-inch single-topping pepperoni pizza with thin crust comes out to 1,840 calories. Each slice contains 230 calories, nearly 15 g of fat and 19 g of carbohydrates.

Oven-Baked Italian Sandwich

This sandwich contains a high amount of calories for a sandwich but contains an equally high amount of protein. Accompanying the 880 calories in a single sandwich are 47 g of protein.

Buffalo Wings

Without the sauce, one buffalo wing has 115 calories. Those looking for a low-calorie and high-protein alternative have one in these buffalo wings. Each wing also contains nearly 10 g of protein with only 3 g of carbs.

Considerations

Domino's Pizza isn't a terrible food option, even for those looking to lose fat. It serves as a cheat meal and a high source of protein, provided you choose only certain items and exercise some level of moderation.
