According to Schwinn, the Flyweight model features a dual head that can adapt to both Schrader and Presta valves. Remove the caps from your tire valves. Fasten the corresponding head of the Flyweight onto the valve. Push sideways against the base of the Flyweight to release the handle. Pull the handle backwards. Push the handle forward to inflate your tire tubes.
Inflating Sports Balls
Schwinn offers a specialized needle that enables you to inflate various types of sports balls. Lift the lever found on the head of your Schwinn pump hose. Insert the base of the sports needle into the head. Lower the head lever to fasten the needle in place. Insert the slender needle into the circular valve of the sports ball. Use the handle or pedal of your Schwinn pump to inflate the ball.
