Sherry Goldstein's Yoga Sanctuary

Sherry Goldstein's Yoga Sanctuary is located on Eastern Avenue just south of Interstate 215. Located in a large business complex and on the second floor, the studio can be hard to find. However, there is plenty of parking and the studio has been around since 1995. In addition to a versatile class schedule, the studio also offers a variety of events, including kirtans -- an ancient Indian musical practice -- as well as yoga book club, and workshops. Prices are average for the area.

Bikram Yoga Green Valley

Bikram yoga is commonly know as hot yoga. Every class is 90 minutes, heated to 105 degrees F and consists of 26 postures. It's hot in there, so be sure you are properly hydrated and clear it with your doctor. Bikram Yoga Green Valley is located just off Green Valley Parkway and Pebble Road. The studio offers several classes daily, showers, and a small retail area. Different rates and package options are available as well as a first week special discount.

All About Yoga

Located at Whitney Ranch Drive and Sunset Road, All About Yoga offers a beginning yoga, hot yoga, prenatal and postnatal yoga, vinyasa yoga, gentle yoga, and meditation classes. The instructors are highly trained and the studio offers teacher training courses. They also offer corporate yoga and the instructors will come to you and your business. The prices are average for the area and class sizes are comfortable.

The Ki-Atsu Institute

The Ki-Atsu Institute opened and is located near the Anthem area. The studio offers mostly yoga classes and one pilates class a week. The philosophy behind the studio is called Sankhya, which means that which explains the whole. Meaning they teach yoga at a deeper, more spiritual level. In addition, the studio offers massage, hypnotherapy, reiki -- a form of energy work -- as well as ayurvedic counseling, a form of holistic health.
