Concentrated lemon, a processed foodstuff made from lemon juice with some of the water content removed, is a common ingredient in food preparation and is an essential ingredient in many carbonated drinks.

A 100 g measure of concentrated lemon juice contains 21 calories. It also contains 0.4 g protein, 6.48 g carbohydrate and 2.4 g sugar. In terms of vitamins and minerals, 100 g of concentrated lemon juice contains 11 mg calcium, 102 mg potassium, 24.8 mg vitamin C and 15 mg vitamin A.

Concentrated lemon juice is highly acidic, with an approximate pH value of 2. This is due to the high concentration of citric acid. It contains no cholesterol and only trace amounts of fats. A 100 g measure of concentrated lemon juice contains 0.4 g protein and 92.46 g water.
