Glucosamine
One capsule of Solaray Glucosamine HCL 870 MG contains 10 mg of turmeric, 30 mg of ginger, 30 mg of white willow and 870 mg glucosamine HCl. Glucosamine naturally occurs in the body, producing a glycoprotein that acts as a filler between cells. This substance fills up the spaces between the cells in the collagen that surrounds the joints. As a person ages, this collagen production slows down, making the joints more stiff and inflexible. A glucosamine supplement can fill and rebuild this framework around the joints.
Vitamin B Complex 100 mg
One capsule provides 100 mg each of thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, PABA, choline bitartrate, and inositol, and 100 mcg of vitamins B6, B12 and biotin. This capsule also provides 400 mcg of folic acid. Additional ingredients include the vegetable cellulose capsule, whole rice concentrate, aloe vera gel, silica and magnesium stearate. B complex vitamins are water-soluble coenzymes responsible for converting glucose into energy. A coenzyme is a type of helper molecule that facilitates the function of an enzyme.
Very Berry Antioxidant Blend
One capsule of Solaray Very Berry Antioxidant Blend provides the nutritional equivalent of four servings of fruits and vegetables. Ingredients include two proprietary blends. The fruit blend of antioxidants includes 424 mg of cranberry, blueberry, elderberry, blackberry and raspberry fruit extract and concentrates. Also included is 201 mg of a proprietary blend of white tea, apple fruit and rosemary leaf extract. Other ingredients include maltodextrin, a vegetable cellulose capsule, magnesium stearate and silica.
Children's' Chewable Vitamins and Minerals
Solaray Children's' Multi-vitamin comes in a chewable wafer form. Two wafers provide 1 mg each of zinc, inositol, choline and manganese, 2 mg potassium, 2.5 mg each of riboflavin and vitamin B6, 6 mg iron, 7.5 mg each of bioflavonoid concentrate, pantothenic acid, magnesium and niacin, 15 mg calcium, 75 mg vitamin C, 5 mcg vitamin B12, 50 mcg each of PABA, iodine and biotin and 200 mcg folate. One wafer also provides 200 IU vitamin D, 15 IU vitamin E and 2,500 IU vitamin A. Other ingredients include sorbitol, fructose, flavoring, magnesium stearate and stearic acid and natural food coloring.
