This slow and steady approach will give you ample time to lose weight and tone your physique simultaneously.

Reduce Hunger

Many diets that promise to give you a flat belly do so through food restrictions and strict calorie limits. The results of these harsh diets usually don't last and leave you feeling hungry, making it much more likely that you'll overindulge. To fix this, a moderate diet is much more appropriate. Pulling your bellybutton up will highlight the muscles you should be exercising.
