The program is offered either online or at a Jenny Craig facility. Online support is also available 24 hours per day and 7 days a week. The focus of the Jenny Craig diet is moderation. No food groups are restricted. You are also educated on what makes foods healthy and which foods are the best choices.

Consultants

When signing up for the Jenny Craig Weight Loss Program, you are paired with your own personal weight loss consultant. Each weight loss consultant in the program is someone who has actually lost weight successfully on the program. Your weight loss consultant works with you to tailor an eating plan that is right for you. She is also there to provide support and motivation and answer any questions that you may have.

Levels

The Jenny Craig Weight Loss Program is split up into three main levels. The first level focuses on making small changes by eating the foods that you enjoy, but cutting down your portion size. Once you have adjusted to a smaller amount of food, the second level introduces physical activity. You reach the third level when you have met your weight loss goals. This level focuses on teaching you how to follow a healthy lifestyle and maintain your weight loss outside the program.

The Jenny Craig website provides menu planners, activity planners, progress trackers, recipes and an online journal. The website also has a forum and chat rooms where you can go to get questions answered and talk to other dieters.
