Instructions for Gold's Gym 600

The Gold's Gym Crosstrainer 600 treadmill features exercise arms so you can work out your upper and lower body together. The treadmill offers a speed range of 0 to 10 mph and an incline range of 0 to 10 percent. The console has both incline and speed quick-set buttons. You can change the speed or incline with the press of a button. Twelve built-in programs provide plenty of variety for your workouts. Six of the programs are cross-training workouts. The treadmill prompts you to get off the machine and perform a strength exercise.
