Act II brand popcorn was first introduced in 1984 as the very first shelf-stable microwaveable popcorn, according to the Conagra website. Act II offers a number of different varieties of popcorn. If concerned about the fat and calories in your snack foods, Act II offers a 94 percent fat-free butter popcorn.

Serving Size and Calories

One 7 cup serving of Act II light 94 percent fat-free butter popcorn contains 28 g of carbohydrate and 5 g of fiber. As a snack, popcorn acts as a good source of fiber. The 7 cup serving of Act II popcorn contains more fiber than 1/2-cup serving of cooked oatmeal with the same amount of calories. Sodium
