Slimquick packets are a weight-loss supplement formulated to combat six ways that impede a woman's weight loss goals. Slimquick claims to help cravings, hormone balance, water retention, slow metabolism, appetite suppression and increasing energy. Each packet contains supporting nutrients such as folic acid, calcium vitamin K and vitamin D. Slimquick has zero calories and comes in a variety of flavors. Always consult your doctor before adding new supplements to your diet.

Step 1

Prepare Slimquick by pouring one packet into 16 oz. of cold water. Stir until fully dissolved.

Step 2

Drink one serving of Slimquick in the morning and one serving in the afternoon during your first week.

Step 3

Drink two servings of Slimquick in the morning and one serving in the afternoon during your second week.

Step 4

Drink two servings of Slimquick in the morning and two servings in the afternoon during your third week of taking the supplement. Continue the same dosage in the following weeks.
