Bars

Little Debbie bar choices include the fig bar, nutty bar and caramel cookie bar. The nutty bar was one of the original Little Debbie snacks and each bar contains 317 calories, 18.7 g of total fat, 6.2 g of saturated fat, 127 mg of sodium, 31 g of carbohydrate and 4.5 g of protein. To save calories and still enjoy the Nutty Bar, try the portion controlled 100-calorie nutty bar singles. Another healthier bar choice may include the Fig Bar with 160 calories, 3 g of total fat, 1 g of saturated fat, 110 mg of sodium, 31 g of carbohydrate and 1 g of protein.

Cakes and Brownies

Little Debbie snacks include several cake and brownie choices such as the Swiss cake rolls, the fudge brownie and zebra cakes. The Swiss cake roll was also one of the original Little Debbie treats. Two Swiss cake rolls contain 270 calories, 6 g of total fat, 2 g of saturated fat, 150 mg of sodium, 38 g of carbohydrates and 2 g of protein. The low-fat cinnamon crumb cake may be a better choice if you are watching your calorie intake. One cake contains 80 calories, 0.5 g of total fat, 0 g of saturated fat, 105 mg of sodium, 19 g of carbohydrate and 1 g of protein. You may also be able to fit the 100-calorie triple fudge brownie into your diet with 100 calories, 4 g of total fat, 1.5 g of saturated fat, 45 mg of sodium, 15 g of carbohydrate and 1 g of protein.

Cookies

Little Debbie cookie treats include the original oatmeal cream pie, chocolate creams and gingerbread cookies. The original Little Debbie oatmeal cream pie contains 170 calories, 7 g of total fat, 2 g of saturated fat, 190 mg of sodium, 26 g of carbohydrate and 1 g of protein per cookie. A low-calorie, low-sodium Little Debbie cookie choice includes the gingerbread cookie with 90 calories, 3 g of total fat, 1 g of saturated fat, 60 mg of sodium, 14 g of carbohydrate and 1 g of protein per cookie.

Other Snacks

Other Little Debbie Snacks include pies and s'mores. One Little Debbie banana marshmallow pie is a low-fat treat that contains 180 calories, 0 g of fat, 110 mg of sodium, 30 g of carbohydrate and 2 g of protein. However, one Little Debbie s'mores is a high fat and saturated fat treat that contains 190 calories, 7 g of total fat, 4 g of saturated fat, 190 mg of sodium, 30 g of carbohydrate and 1 g of protein. High intakes of saturated fat increase blood cholesterol levels. The American Heart Association recommends you limit your saturated fat intake to less than 7 percent of total calories.
