B Group of Vitamins
Vitamins from the B group are important for helping to prevent acne. Vitamin B1 or thiamine protects your skin from bacteria, acting as an antioxidant, also a defense against free radicals. Vitamin B5 or pantothenic acid aids your body in stress relief, which is a key contributor of acne breakouts in some people. Low intake of of most B vitamins, including riboflavin or vitamin B2 and niacin or vitamin B3 can lead to acne development.
