Homeopathy is an approach to healing that uses the body's natural defenses to cure itself (unlike conventional medicine, which uses opposing substances to suppress your body's symptoms). According to the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine, homeopathy is a safe way to stimulate your body's ability to heal. You can use small amounts of specific natural homeopathic herbs to help your body's natural defense mechanisms perform their functions effectively.

In addition to traditional uses, aloe is also taken orally to treat conditions like asthma, diabetes and epilepsy in modern times. It is also used topically to treat burns and osteoarthritis. Aloe vera gel is used in hundreds of skin products, especially lotions.

Chamomile is made into capsules, teas, liquid extracts, tablets, ointments, creams and even mouth rinses.
