A single, 1-cup or 29 g serving, of Crispix cereal has 110 calories without milk and 150 calories with ½ cup of vitamin A and D fortified, fat-free milk. One serving also has no fat, no cholesterol, 220 mg of sodium and 40 mg of potassium. One-half cup of Kellogg's Crispix cereal has 25 g of total carbohydrates, less than 1 g of dietary fiber, 4 g of sugars, 21 g of other carbohydrates and 2 g of protein.
