How to Use No Explode

N.O.-Xplode is a pre-training powdered nutritional supplement manufactured by BSN and marketed to bodybuilders. BSN claims that use of the product will increase energy, motivate intense workouts and provide alertness for better workouts. One serving of N.O.-Xplode provides 25 calories, 6g of carbohydrate and a variety of vitamins, minerals and proprietary amino acid blends. Consult your doctor before taking any new supplement.

Step 1

Prepare N.O.-Xplode by adding one scoop of the powder to 5 to 6 oz. of cold water. Vary the amount of water to get your desired sweetness level.

Step 2

Drink one serving of N.O.-Xplode on your first day of taking the supplement to assess your body's tolerance to the mixture. If you are comfortable with N.O.-Xplode after 30 minutes, consume another serving of the mixture.

Step 3

Prepare a training day serving of N.O.-Xplode by adding one to three scoops of the powder to 5 to 18 oz. of cold water. Vary the amount of water to achieve your desired sweetness level. Consume it 30 to 45 minutes before your workout. Take this serving on an empty stomach.

Step 4

Prepare a non-training day serving by adding 1 scoop of N.O.-Xplode to 5 to 6 oz. of water. Consume on an empty stomach.

Tips and Warnings

  • Drink 120 oz. of water a day along with a protein and carbohydrate rich diet for best results. After 12 weeks of use, discontinue for at least four weeks before starting again.
