Comparing Sherbet and Ice Cream

Both House of Flavors sherbet and ice cream products are sweet treats best enjoyed in moderation. Sherbet is a better choice for people on a low-fat diet, but it contains slightly more sugars and total carbohydrates.

For people watching sugar and carbohydrates, ice cream might be a better choice. It contains more fat but also some protein because it contains milk.
