Instone Nutrition

Instone Nutrition is a line of diet products created by Sylvestor Stallone. In 2004, Stallone partnered with GNC, General Nutrition Centers LLC., to offer the products to a mass of consumers. The Instone Nutrition product line includes three main products. These products included a meal replacement called Lean Meal Options, a thermogenic energy enhancer called Leanfire, and a supplement designed specifically for male body builders and athletes, called Forza-T.

Lean Meal Options

Lean Meal Options is a supplement created by Instone Nutrition that was made to provide meal replacement options for those looking to lose body fat. The product also claims to provide energy throughout the day. Instone Nutrition offers three meal replacement options. The first one, Intake Performance, is a protein shake that is high in protein and fiber, as well as certain fatty acids that athletes may need in order to perform. Intake Lean is a protein shake meal replacement that is low in carbohydrates and high in protein for those who are looking for healthy choices. Intake Go is a high protein, low carbohydrate prepackaged pudding that is meant to be an alternative to the many protein meal bars available on the market.

LeanFire

Leanfire supplement is a supplement that is designed to burn fat and increase metabolism. There are also claims that the supplement is able to increase energy. The supplement is in capsule form and is created to keep metabolism optimized on a decreased calorie intake diet. It contains what is called a 7-Kheto Blend, which is the key ingredient that is responsible for increasing the metabolism and burning fat. Leanfire also includes ingredients such as vitamin C, green tea extract and caffeine.

Forza-T

Forza-T is a supplement manufactured specifically for males who want to enhance their workout performance. Designed for body builders and athletes, this scientifically based supplement is claimed to increase muscular physique and strength as well as to improve athletic ability. There have also been claims of increased male potency associated with this supplement. Magnesium is one of the main ingredients in this supplement from Instone Nutrition.
