How to Assemble an Easy Shaper

At first glance, Easy Shaper total body exerciser looks complicated to assemble. However, the Easy Shaper comes mostly assembled to your door, and you only need to make a few adjustments before your Easy Shaper is ready to use. While instructions should come with the Easy Shaper, if you've lost them or your machine didn't come with them, you'll need to know what to do to get your Easy Shaper ready for your workout.

Step 1

Remove all of the parts from the box, including the main body of the Easy Shaper. Lay them out so that you can see them clearly and can see that all of the necessary parts are included with your Easy Shaper.

Step 2

Lay the leg bar assembly out in front of the main Easy Shaper body. You'll notice that it has two tubes that connect into the main body of the Easy Shaper. The foam roller should be at the lowest point of the leg bar assembly.

Step 3

Pull out the pop pin from the main body of the Easy Shaper and insert one of the tubes from the leg bar assembly into the tube of the main body. Slide it until you hear a "snap" or "pop" sound and note that the sliver button from the main body has popped through the hole in the leg bar assembly. Release the pop pin. Repeat the process for the other side.

Step 4

Lift the leg assembly up so that it lays perpendicular to the main body of the Easy Shaper. Insert the included bolt into one side of the link bar, which is the curved bar between the leg assembly and the main body. Screw on a washer until tightened. Place the attached covers onto the screws that will also act as rubber feet for the Easy Shaper.

Step 5

Turn the unit on its side and locate the headrest. Attach two more rubber feet onto the screws on the back of the headrest, which may be touching the ground during some exercises. This will protect your flooring.

Step 6

Flip the Easy Shaper back onto the feet and you are ready to exercise.
