The Best Rated Fitness Videos

Building a fitness video library is a great option for rainy days or weeks when your schedule doesn't permit regular gym attendance. Selecting a variety of videos keeps your home workout from getting stale and offers the benefit of various training modalities.
Each of the following videos has been evaluated by Collage Video staffers, all American Council on Exercise certified fitness instructors. Prevention magazine ventures into fitness videos and hits the mark with 2-week turn around. Instructor Chris Freytag takes participants through two workout DVDs packed with fat burning, intense workouts. Petra Kolber: Bootcamp Boogie

This fun cardio workout with varied intensity levels will blast fat and add fun to your workout routine. Instructor Petra Kobler provides excellent cueing making this workout easy to follow. Video participants provide variations of exercises to make this video ideal for a variety of fitness levels. With 49 minutes of floor aerobics, participants are sure to burn fat and sweat away the pounds. This video is a 5-star Staff favorite.

10 Minute Solution: Quick Tummy Toners

Instructor Jessica Smith takes participants through varied combinations of ab toning exercise inspired by yoga and pilates disciplines.
