How to Stay Healthy in the Future

Adhering to healthy habits when you are young can make you healthy in the future. All too often, when some people reach the age of about 75, their physical activity decreases. This can put them at risk for heart disease, colon cancer, diabetes, depression, obesity, high blood pressure and other health problems. Exercise may help prevent these conditions from ever developing, but exercise is just one action one can take to stay healthy in the future.
