Each serving, regardless of flavors, contains 25 percent the daily value of iron, iodine, magnesium, copper and chromium. Each flavor also provides 30 percent of the daily value of calcium, phosphorus and selenium, as well as 8 percent of the daily value of chloride. The Homemade Vanilla, Creamy Milk Chocolate, Strawberries & Cream and Butter Pecan flavors contains identical amounts of the other nutrients, including 25 percent of the daily value of zinc, 60 percent of the daily value of manganese and molybdenum, 12 percent the daily value of potassium and 9 percent the daily value of sodium.
