As a celiac patient, Jules Shepard set out to create a delicious, non-gritty, gluten-free all-purpose flour. After two years of tweaking, Jules now has a patent pending for flour that can be delivered to your door. Zing Bars

The Zing Bar company was founded by four registered dietitians who each hold a master's degrees in nutritional biochemistry. These bars are gluten-free, wheat-free, and soy-protein free. Zing bars are tested for 10 parts per million gluten, which is the current lowest amount detectable.
