An Easy Way to Exercise to Lose Weight

Losing weight the easy way does not have to involve diet pills or starving yourself. One of the easiest ways to lose weight is to simply walk it off. How long or how fast you walk determines the speed at which you drop pounds, but walking is beneficial in more ways than being easy. Walking is free, it's an all-around body exercise, is easy on the joints and can be fun whether you walk indoors at the gym, around the school track or along a nature trail.
