How to Get Rid of a Double Chin Without Surgery

A double chin is most often associated with excess skin underneath the jaw creating a bump or roll appearing to be a second chin. This excess skin is usually caused by sagging skin which develops as a person ages, or by fat deposits underneath the jaw. Some individuals, particularly celebrities, choose to go the plastic surgery route to remove the double chin. However, there are exercises that you can do to tighten the skin and tuck it back up underneath the jaw.
