How to Lose Weight in College

Weight loss at any time of life can be a challenge, but dropping pounds during college can present added difficulties. Living in a dorm, enrolling in several classes and---in many cases---working a part-time job can eat up a lot of your time, leaving little to concentrate on eating right and exercising regularly. However, you can get rid of the "freshman 15" and meet your target weight goals if you make the commitment.
