Healthy Options

Make sure to compare menu items for the healthiest choice. For example, even though the Albacore Tuna Caesar Salad sounds healthy, one serving is high in calories, sodium and total fat.

One option is to eat a turkey sandwich with a green salad on the side. Choose your salad dressings carefully, opting for a light Italian or French dressing instead of a full-fat creamy dressing. Another low-calorie option is to eat half of serving of pasta salad, along with a side green salad.
