Serving Size

The serving size of Gatorade Powder is one entire carton. One carton is 330 mL, or a little more than 11 ounces. Drinking less or more than one carton alters the nutrition fact amounts. It also has 10 percent of the DV of iron, 15 percent DV of phosphorus, 35 percent DV of zinc, 40 percent DV of vitamin E and 100 percent DV of vitamin C.
