The seat of the BMX bike often features padded construction for added comfort and protection. According to "Ride BMX" magazine, most BMX bike frames feature a built-in seat post clamp. Top-of-the-line BMX models have been equipped with a quick-release lever for easy seat adjustments. Avoid painful injuries by checking the tightness of your seat post clamp before each ride.
