It's energy enhancing nutrients include seven B vitamins, electrolytes and 1000mg of vitamin C to promote healthy energy with no caffeine. Each serving has only 25 calories, and you can mix it with water or sparkling water for a refreshing boost.

Zipfizz

Zipfizz is a low-calorie drink mix that comes in a tube and offers flavors like grape, orange soda and pink lemonade. According to the Zipfizz.com, Zipfizz is "an advanced formula that provides a significant amount of vitamins, fewer calories, lower carbohydrates and superior taste." It contains a combination of vitamins, minerals, electrolytes, amino acids and antioxidants, as well as grape seed extract, ginseng, ginger and green tea. Each serving contains only 10 calories and you mix it with water.

FRS Healthy Energy

FRS powder energy drink comes in a serving-size packet and contains only 10 calories per serving. The active ingredients include antioxidants, vitamins, ginseng and gingko biloba. It also contains caffeine, so if you are caffeine sensitive, this may not be the right choice for you. It is not completely natural either, as it contains artificial sweeteners and coloring.

Nuun Active Hydration

Although the name implies that this energy drink mix in the form of a tablet is just for hydration, it contains a host of vitamins, minerals and other nutrients, as well as electrolytes for hydration. This is a great energy drink mix for outdoor enthusiasts because it's so portable. You just drop a tablet in a bottle of water, let it dissolve for two minutes and consume. Especially if you are engaging in physical activity and sweating a lot, the added electrolytes will quickly replenish your lost energy stores, which water alone can't do.
