How to Use a Swing Master Chi Machine

The Swing Master Chi Machine is a device that helps relieve stress, oxygenates the tissues in the body and stimulates the lymphatic system. The Chi Machine is a small device where patients place their feet. The machine undulates the body by smoothly moving back and forth. The motion causes patients to relax while the machine moves the feet and legs, providing a natural release of stress.

Step 1

Place the Chi Machine on a comfortable surface. Face the handlebars away from you, so that the arrow points towards your body. Lie down and place your feet in the cushioned cup holders of the Chi Machine. Place a pillow under the knees if you have weakness in the knees.

Step 2

Relax for a few minutes before applying power to the Chi Machine. Set the timer for a few minutes, and lie down with the back as straight as possible. Close your eyes and let the Chi Machine move your feet back and forth.

Step 3

Breathe deeply as the machine continues to move your feet. Use the abdominal muscles to breathe in and out. Focus on breathing to enhance stress and tension relief.

Step 4

Stay relaxed after the Chi Machine is finished with the session. Stretch your back while lying down, and turn your body slowly to sit up. Take a deep breath before standing up.

Step 5

Drink 8 to 16 oz. of water after using the Chi Machine. This is important for any after-massage stress relief session. Water cleans the body and hydrates tissue after a massage, including a Chi Machine stress relief session.
