Weight Changes

You may experience sudden nosebleeds because of the hormonal therapy. You may produce blood when you cough. Blood may appear in your urine, turning it dark or red. Motion Problems

The injections of somatropin HGH may produce serious side effects that affect how your body moves. You may find it difficult to move your body normally, MayoClinic.com reports, or you may not be able to move at all. Numbness may occur in your fingers and your feet and hands may tingle as if asleep. Any of these side effects also may make it more difficult to move as you usually do.
