How to Lose Weight in 1 Day

The goal for any weight loss plan is to create a negative energy balance within the body. In other words, you should aim to burn more calories than you consume. However, this does not mean refraining from eating. Not eating slows the metabolism. Eat more frequent, smaller meals throughout the day to keep the metabolic rate accelerated. Combine proper nutrition with cardiovascular and weight training exercise, which can burn an additional 500 calories per bout, and weight loss in one day is possible.
