Understanding the Nutrition Facts Label

Any pursuit towards eating healthier should begin with knowledge of the contents of the foods you consume. Reading and understanding "Nutritional Facts" on food labels are central to this endeavor. At first glance, the information can be confusing and somewhat intimidating. However, with patience and some label-building skills, you can receive the information necessary to make healthy and educated dietary decisions.
