Constipation
Constipation, a common side effect associated with the vitamin B stress complex, may cause cramping to occur. Constipation usually happens when you begin your ingestion of the supplement, but it usually vanishes without the need for medical help. You may experience the inability to move your stools easily out of your intestines. Your rectum may become sore trying to pass the hard stool, which occurs with this constipation side effect. Drink extra water each day, and eat raw vegetables to help move your stools.
