The exercises you can do while on the Master Cleanser vary from person to person. Because of the limited caloric intake and the high level of citric acid you drink during the diet, you may feel sick or weak at times while having more energy at other times. The Master Cleanser claims to eliminate wastes and toxins while you lose weight. Check with your family physician before beginning the Master Cleanser or any diet.

Step 1

Take short walks or lightly jog rather than run. You could feel weak or dizzy while on the diet. Be aware of your body and how you are feeling. Do not push yourself and consider taking several breaks while walking or jogging.

Step 2

Stretch to keep your muscles flexible. You may experience some joint pain while drinking the Master Cleanser. Simple stretches, such as toe touches and side stretches, can help with the soreness.

Step 3

Swim while on the diet. It is a low-impact form of exercise. Swimming works out your entire body. Vary your strokes to balance the amount of exercise between your upper and lower body.

Step 4

Ride a stationary bike. You can pedal slowly without the fear of falling over because you do not have to propel yourself forward on the bike. You do not have to worry about the terrain or the weather while using a stationary bike.
