Premenstrual syndrome is a condition experienced five to 11 days prior to the start of a woman's menstrual cycle. Step 1
Take two Estroven PMS tablets with a large glass of water at the onset of PMS symptoms.
Step 2
Take two additional Estroven PMS tablets with a large glass of water four to six hours after your previous dose if you are still suffering from PMS symptoms. Do not take more than six Estroven PMS tablets per day.
Step 3
Avoid taking Estroven PMS for more than 10 consecutive days.
