Dr. Mehmet Oz, the Emmy Award-winning host of "The Dr. Oz Show," developed a program that helps participants work toward their weight-loss goals with a team of 11 experts. The experts provide motivation and individual guidance, exercise videos, webcasts, answers to health and fitness questions and behavior modification tips.
