The Cheesecake Factory serves its customers in a big way. Oversized portions are the norm at this casual dining restaurant. As of January 2011, the Cheesecake Factory did not publish its own nutritional information. The restaurant's website states that all food is made in-house each day, which can alter the nutritional content of each item. However, an online nutritional database has been created by NutriSoft, a software company staffed with registered dietitians and computer programmers. NutriSoft independently analyzed and published the nutritional content of The Cheesecake Factory menu and is not affiliated with the restaurant.
