Overview

The Ab Roller is a simple piece of exercise equipment with no moving parts. It consists of a curved frame that can rock back and forth with you as you crunch, plus a padded head rest to help the machine support your head and neck throughout the entire range of motion. While no exercise equipment is necessary to do a proper crunch, the Ab Roller is marketed as a tool to support your head and neck during the ab workout and guiding your spine through a natural flexion motion.
