Caloric Content of Wendy's Soda Crackers

Keeping track of how many calories you eat is a good way to obtain or maintain a healthy weight. Some people, however, forget to include the calories of condiments, toppings or side items. The restaurant chain Wendy's serves its chili with one to two packages of saltine soda crackers. Individuals who eat this meal should remember to include these crackers and other toppings when adding up how many calories they consumed.

Serving Size

Wendy's saltine crackers contain two crackers in each package. The recommended serving size is one package. Eating less or more than one package results in a different number of calories. Track how many servings you actually consume and adjust the number of calories appropriately.
