Serving Information
Bigelow packages the green tea in an individual tea bag. One serving is an 8-oz. cup of water with one tea bag. Prepare the tea by heating the water and placing the tea bag into the cup to soak and seep into the water for 10 minutes. This creates a hot green tea beverage, which you can cool and serve over ice.

The beverage contains no calories when you prepare it with water and serve without a sweetener. Adding sugar increases the value by 16 calories for each 1 tsp. added. A single packet of sugar substitute adds less than 1 calorie.
