If you're following a healthy diet, people are bound to notice the results. Your skin, mood and energy all improve, and it's natural for others to be attracted to someone who looks and feels healthy. In fact, you'll feel so much better, you may want to help others have the same results by sharing tips on choosing and preparing healthy foods. One of the best ways to motivate people to make a positive change is to share your experiences with them. People will appreciate the help and will share the tips with others, making the effect of your sharing grow exponentially.

Step 1

Join online communities that are related to food, cooking, weight loss or healthy eating. There are literally thousands of websites, including Livestrong, that have forums where you can share tips for choosing and preparing healthier meals. Establish yourself in the community by participating in discussions and starting some of your own. Over time, you may find that people come to you for tips because word has spread that you are an "expert." If you focus on one or two communities and participate frequently, you may be asked to be a moderator for the forum.

Step 2

Start an online blog on a site like Blogspot. Online blogs are a popular way to share information and motivation with a large number of people without leaving home. Write a post regularly to maintain interest and post comments on other blogs, adding a link to yours. This will help get the word out about your healthy food tips blog, with no advertising costs. Vary the posts, using recipes, cooking techniques and restaurant reviews so you have something to offer anyone who visits your blog.

Step 3

Attend local weight loss group meetings. You can generally find information about when these meetings are held by checking the local newspaper or the Internet. Most meetings are held weekly in local schools, churches or community centers. Even if you've already lost weight, attending and sharing healthy food tips can be a huge source of motivation to attendees.

Step 4

Write an e-book that contains all your favorite healthy food tips. Self-publishing has never been easier with the advent of electronic readers like Amazon's Kindle. Using the online interface found in this article's Reference section, you can create your own e-book, publish it and sell it through Amazon. There's no cost to create and publish an e-book and you might even make some money by sharing your healthy eating tips.
