However, there are foods available that do not have high fructose in them and can help you make healthier choices.
Cereals
Cold breakfast cereals are popular for many people that do not have time to prepare a hot breakfast in the morning. Kellogg's reduced sugar Fruit Loops is a popular children's cereal that does not contain any high fructose levels. In addition, Life cereal does not contain high fructose.
Breads
Earth Grains 100% natural 7 grain bread is a choice solution for those who want to avoid breads with high fructose levels. In addition, Pepperidge Farms also makes 100% natural breads that do not contain high fructose levels. Nature's Own also makes a 100% whole wheat bread that does not contain high fructose. However, the other breads made by Natures Own contain high fructose, so you should always read the labels.
Soft Drinks
To avoid the intake of high fructose levels, soft drinks should be replaced with other healthy drinks such as 100% juices, milk or water. The High Fructose High website suggests Archer Farms Italian Soda or Jones Pure Cane Soda. Cheerwine also makes a version of their sodas without high fructose.
