Cybergenics is a brand-name exercise routine system that combines strengthening and muscle-building exercises with supplements. According to Cybergenics America, the program provides a blend of workouts, diet and nutritional supplements. Cybergenics supplements contain a variety of amino acids including L-glutamic and L-leucine, which the company claims are for muscle-mass development and reduction of fatigue by reducing release of ammonia during and after workouts. Cybergenics says its training techniques and methodologies give maximum and fast bodybuilding results. Cybergenics products purchased through its site include guides, information on how to use supplements, DVDs and four different nutritional supplements for bodybuilding and muscle mass increase.

This set is repeated once or twice, depending on your endurance and current fitness level.

Step 4

Perform the second cycle for the chest workout, which includes Parallel bar dips and the incline bench press, repeated once more to 70 percent failure.

Step 5
