Started in Seattle and now located in Atlanta, Cinnabon is one of the most well-known makers of cinnamon buns and other tasty treats. The company has more than 700 franchises worldwide and they are a staple in many malls, airports, entertainment centers and other high-traffic areas. Cinnabon offers a variety of cinnamon buns and other baked goods. While the tempting scent of cinnamon buns wafting in the air may tickle your taste buds, you may wonder exactly how many calories they contain.

Classic Cinnabon and Caramel Pecanbon

The Classic Cinnabon may be delicious, but it contains a lot of calories -- 880 calories of which 320 are from fat. The Classic Cinnabon also has 830 milligrams of sodium, 13 grams of protein and 127 grams of carbohydrates of which 59 grams is sugar. The Caramel Pecanbon takes the Classic Cinnabon and tops it with caramel and pecans. This treat contains 1080 calories, 450 calories of which come from fat. It also has 147 grams of carbohydrates of which 76 grams are sugar. Based on a diet of 2,000 calories per day, these sweet treats supply 44 to 54 percent of the day's calories.

Cinnabon also makes some smaller-sized treats, such as the Minibon Roll, which is a smaller version of the Classic Cinnabon. Cinnabon also offers Cinnabon Stix, a long twist of sweet dough dusted with cinnamon. A 5-count serving of Cinnabon Stix has 390 calories of which 190 calories come from fat. A 10-count serving of Cinnabon Stix contains 790 calories of which 380 calories come from fat. If you want to add some of their signature cream cheese icing to this treat, note that one Frosting Cup contains and additional 180 calories, 100 of which come from fat.
