Slim-Fast meal replacement products and snacks are generally sweet-tasting, not savory.
Weight Loss Approach
When you're on the Slim-Fast 3-2-1 plan, you consume a total of three meals and three snacks every day. Two of the meals should include Slim-Fast shakes or bars and a choice of other healthy foods. At least one of the snacks should be a Slim-Fast snack bar. Depending on the your weight, you can include different amounts of fruit and vegetables on the plan, which you eat with shakes, meals or snacks. Considerations
The Slim-Fast diet plan typically produces about 1 to 2 lbs. of weight loss per week and does not drop below 1,200 calories, so it is considered a healthy weight loss plan. The Slim-Fast products are convenient and the plan provides a lot of guidance on what to eat in addition to the meal replacement shakes or bars, so it can be a good diet plan if you're always on the go. However, you may get bored of consuming the same limited set of meal replacement products every day, so it may be hard to stick to for the long term.
