How Celebrities Lose Weight Fast

Many celebrities are consistently portrayed as being in perfect physical shape. They lose weight very quickly for roles, or guest appearances on TV. Many female celebrities take weeks to shed pounds after having a baby. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication to sustain a perfect shape and this is typically achieved through diet and exercise.

Diet

Celebrities eat the right foods which are prepared by personal chefs; this makes it easier not to snack as your meals are delivered to you on time which cuts out hunger. Madonna consumes a macrobiotic diet which is a diet mainly consisting of whole grains and beans. A number of celebrities are spokesman for certain diets, such as Valerie Bertinelli and Queen Latifah who are spokeswomen for Jenny Craig. Some celebrities will admit to going on a certain diet such as Jennifer Aniston and Cindy Crawford who have both used the zone diet. Football star Dan Marino and Singer Tony Orlando have both used the Nutrisystem diet.

Personal Trainer

Many celebrities will use a personal trainer to keep in shape; Harley Pasternak is a well known celebrity trainer who worked with Milla Jovovich and quickly got her back into shape after having a baby. She was ready for her appearance wearing a bikini in "The Perfect Get Away" within four weeks. Demi Moore works with personal trainer Gregory Joujoun-Roche to prepare for films such as "Full Throttle" and "Charlies Angels". To tone up her legs and buttocks she concentrated on a treadmill training routine which involved a treadmill warm up on a steep incline. This is performed for up to two minutes and then the incline is lowered before being increased again. This interval is repeated 10 times.

Cleanse

Beyonce Knowles lost 20 lbs. in two weeks by following the master cleanse diet. This diet is a liquid on diet is a liquid only diet and consist of consuming a mixture of lemons, water, cayenne pepper and honey.

Warning

The safety of diets such as the Master Cleanse have been questioned, the diet does not consist of enough protein or fatty acids and provides 600 calories per day which is below average for a healthy adult. Consistent use of the diet can lead to a condition called metabolic acidosis which causes the blood to become highly acidic and can cause comas or in serious cases death.
