Breasts can sag regardless of size. This may be due to a variety of factors: age, genetics, lifestyle and physical activity level. Many people consider plastic surgery to be the only cure. This is not always the case, however. Women who develop saggy breasts may be able to lift them naturally, using basic exercise tips.

Sports Bra

Wear a sports bra that is fitted for your breast size. You don't want it to be too tight that it is uncomfortable, yet it must sufficiently support your breasts. If your chest bounces during exercise, this can promote sagging over time.

Cardiovascular Exercise

Lift your breasts with aerobic exercise that works the chest. Avoid exercises such as running, power walking and dancing. These can cause pain in your chest and back if you carry a lot of weight on your breasts. Instead, use elliptical training, cross-country skiing and rowing to tone up your breasts and burn fat simultaneously.

Classic Pushups

Pushups are traditional exercises that require no special equipment and tone all of your pectoral muscles. Lie face-down on the ground. Place your weight on your hands and toes and lift your body up off the ground. Keep your arms and legs straight and slowly lower your body to the floor. Dip as low as you comfortably can, then push up to the starting position. Do three sets of 20 reps.

Chest Press

The chest press is another simple exercise you can execute with a pair of barbells and a flat surface. Lie down on your back and extend your arms, until fully straightened, over the chest with your palms facing away from you. Slowly bend your arms to chest level, then push them up to the starting position. Do three sets of 20 reps.
